The envy of Paris

All actions are inspected under a coddling eye of good gestures. Expectations are like a mirage distancing away from you the closer you come. When the multitude cannot appreciate an intellectual present you regard highly, morale can be shattered. Sometimes you pray that people could only tolerate and be tolerant. To accept a different kind of beauty in life is our responsibility as higher forms of life. Is a critical remark from a cynical reviewer a testament to the ultimate judgment of the world? Why does it then feel like our purpose is lost when we lack motivation from outer influences. Sometimes all that matters is what you want but with a better awareness of what is good in the overall image of society. How events are judged are based on what really matters to us and how it influences another human's progress. Yet to want to be able to brandish this ideology is dependent on how well we are able communicate our intentions in a clear rational way.

Emancipation

What inspires subjugated dishonored men into salvation and peace of mind? What glory envelops a forsaken human inflicted with ghastly wound? What feelings are those that have never ending sorrow? How much must an entity suffer before he is given ticket to martyrdom, respect and fellowship? Why is it that a most smiles hide behind them an empty gesture? How long should a being suffer for wanting to share its ideology? How many times will a kind action be exploited for one's own greed? When can a person trust without fearing betrayal? When can you be truthful and sincere and not be defiled? When will a perfect life precede death? Why does suffering always appear to be painfully longer?

Acceptance

Humans, the most intelligent form of life on the planet. Conquering vast expanse of the world, space and the universe, they are supreme beings. Feats achieved beyond our own comprehension make us proud. For all the marvel that we have on the outside, the great sense of realization of the emotions within us seem perplexing. Logic is universal, lack of it is what we see everywhere around us. Because our feelings is driven by hormones and nerve impulse to the amigdella; emotional cortex. Rational sense of judgment is often clouded. Its very peculiar how we cannot seem to relate our own feelings to our actions. How we fail to understand what pain means to everyone. How we try very hard not to look beyond the perfect world that we have, which will become imperfect. We don't understand that everything ends, that sorrow will pervade us eventually and nothing lasts forever. Yet we never learn from our sufferings but gleam about our happiness. Living in a crystal dream until things come crashing around us. Why is it so difficult for us to stand in other people's shoes and think what unholy torture they must be going through? People feel pain and the cause of this pain are actions; actions which are rationally unacceptable but emotionally justified. Is it very hard to look at a crying child and kneel to ask him what happened? Is it hard to ask a friend if they need help? Is it hard to ask a lover if they were hurt by your actions? Is it so hard to ask a simple question? It is, as long as we are occupied by our greed, our ambitions, our ego. Remember nobody is perfect and sometimes its alright to drop down to reach a person. Sometimes its alright to sacrifice for people you care about. Because to gain something you have to lose something. Preferably before you lose something small and valuable for something large and wortless

The Bitter Sweet Symphony

There is a belief that all things in this world are connected by an invisible string; defined by a complex caricature of a web. One action can lead to many results of pain, suffering or in the other extreme joy and jubilation. Somehow life can hurt you bitterly if you fail to understand that hope is merely an expectation of an attachment existing. Risk is when you invest in it. Joy is when your risk discovers a beautiful bonding ethereal to this world so elegantly connected that to a visceral entity, beauty of which is beyond verbal comprehension. Now pain, this my friends is not all that simple. It can exist in multiple levels. At primary level it is easy to overcome. But an investment can heavily fail if the risk which seems so possible reverses its numbers. Pain is always intense always excruciating. It permeates your body and wrenches every nerve and every blood vessel. Its seems limitless and overwhelming. Fear is the eventual and the very hope which drove you to your pain becomes a past participle. You are stranded at point from where there is no way to return. That is only part of the fear. The real frightening thing about this is for all the greatest joy you would have felt, inducing that warm safe feeling, the only reality ahead is the cold shallow depths of suffering from where escape is impossible. Then not even faith can save you!

Nascent and foreign

There exists a magic in being unfamiliar. A sense of quiet satisfaction as you stand at the corner glancing at the large boisterous group, chuckling over subtle concoctions of humour and derision of fellow members. Oblivious to the world around yet somehow intent on making a mark on drooling "wanna - be"s. Its those 15 or more minutes of glory making you proud of your coal black eyes, your seemingly crisp facial features and your indomitable charm and grace. Its funny how predictable human responses can be! Those alien to the same group have a the same sense of blazing glory and nose full of ego, convincing their heart with a staunchly adamant brain that their feeling of envy is illusionary. Some indulging in excess to promote their sense of acceptance in society with unacceptable acts worthy of condemnation. Beauty and pleasure in being a mute spectator to the daily working of the universe where our stupid actions and holistic observation form the microscopic elements of the drama we call life. Entertainment, it seems never needed electricity ;).

The science of Probabilty

You gaze at the statistics with a sort of disdain. "What are the chances?" you ask. Well statistics, the math of probabilty. The science which hopes with a desperate endeavour to somehow break the unpredictability of the chaotic system of this universe. Until it does,we flesh filled beings with a central nervous system, will hardly use what is central to us. Instead relying throughly on an uninvestigated forces strung together loosely by a thin precarious string of hope and faith. After all why take a chance? Yet when the forces of nature conspire and hatch that diabolical plot to send our emotional nerve centers into a tizzy, our entire primitive semi solid vessel is flooded with a gush of overwhelming substances. Echoing through us is a sudden impulsive desire to turn that delectable smile into a worrisome frown. Our innards sink. Our blood pumps. My brain does the overtime and plays the all too famous rat in a maze, relying once again on that fickle line of thread. Oh! yes you see the bright flashy aura which you know you must head towards. Its so soothing, because its there waiting to be conquered and soaked in. Yet! Somehow, somehow you cant come in physical contact of this mysterious entity. Your vision compels you. You keep persisting. You tire. YOu are human after all. YOu stop, imagining a wonderful alternate reality; Bright sunlight, music to your ears, colours to your eyes, perfume to your nose. You look at that mysterious halo and resume your horrendous recovery plan. YOu kno its possible. IS IT NOT? I ask you IS IT NOT? Strands of that thin thread begin to snap and roll back. It is inevitable now. Wait for time to take its toll. What life awaits me ahead? DO i have a choice?THis is my new life. They said i had a good chance this would not happen. "Chance" I somehow fail to understand the use of this word. Sadly my friend there is no rule in English language that says any word should have a significance or purpose. Sadly it still remains and I have been the victim of it.

View off my terrace

Scattered remains of a puissiant monsoon trailed behind its back in the form of thin vapou of clouds. They skimmed through the lower layers of the atmosphere dispersing the white reflected light of the moon into a concentric ring of flamboyant primary colours. The slhouette of the neem tree blocked the rest of the panorama but somehow rendered the view unnaturally beautiful. It was dark with specks of the stars casting their cliched glamour to the dark empty setting. They were the spoil sports; the stars that is; they somehow always steal the credit for making the empty blackness of space a sight to behold. Yet i looked past them to see the less illustrious benefactor to the picture. Somehow I felt that the clouds covering the sectacle of the distant shimmers of light served them right. It was an act of eating humble pie. Yet all this drama, orchestrated by the most grandest and effluent of non living entities. Whoever said life is dramatic needs to seriously reconsider his observations.

Powers back got to watch 30 Rock ... :)
